A LTTLE HISTORY After graduating high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Army and spent the next 3 years in Ft. Clayton, Panama. It was a great experience and the fishing was outstanding. Later, after an honorable discharge at the rank of sergeant E-5, I was always fishing but wanted an education. I spent the next 10 years in Coral Springs, Fla where 3 of those years I attended Broward Community College and received an associates degree in computer science and communications. I returned to Connecticut in 1987 and started the New Milford Telephone Co. This was a successful and rewarding time for the next 12 years. All the while, I was still perfecting my angling skills. Also in 1987, I saw Stevie Ray Vaughan at a local concert and the very next day, bought my first electric guitar. After sixteen hour practice days for about a year, I started to play in local bands. I was never too busy to fish, but got involved with some of the best talent in the state. After a few years playing the local scene, I started my own band..."The Scott Perratti Project". I have since recorded an all original album and am working on songs for the next. To purchase a copy of my first CD, "Life Lessons", please e-mail me and I'll get it off to you asap. I continue to play acoustic solo dates in the off season, but those are few and far between. In 1997, my wife Nancy and I bought a house in New Fairfield, CT. where we had our son Jordan who is now 12. It was also then that I decided to start my Pro fishing career. In the year 2000 our daughter Summer was born, another huge highlight in my life. She is now 10. I sold the company in 2000 to concentrate on a full time pro angler career. Winning was and still is all I wanted to do with my fishing, so I have competed in many tournaments and have been very successful. I am now planning on fishing in the 2000 B.A.S.S Bassmaster Series PRO Tour, and the FLW BFL,STREN &Everstart Series, along with as many opens as possible. I am living here in New Fairfield, CT guiding, playing music, and preparing for the next tournament. Thanks for reading, and I hope to talk to everyone of you!! ![]()
